The rooftop view was lovely, and the staff were great. Everything was clean, and they were very accommodating. The room’s “balcony” was mostly just a door with a window, but the roof made up for that. I loved the visit and would highly recommend it. @gabe_grace_

We came with my son and walked to the sights that were only a few blocks away. For farther trips, cabs cost $30 pesos ($1.25 US) and have small air conditioning. The location really is the big selling point, and the room prices were cheaper than I expected. Service was excellent. It’s like a hostel, BUT IS NOT A HOSTEL. Somebody complained that the rooms were outdated, but they’re crazy. There’s no parking at the hotel. A garage is within a block and charges $19 pesos/hour, or you can ask the front desk to have someone park your car at their facility for $150 pesos a day. The entrance is a tiny house door, and you need to watch your step on the stairs, about 7-10 steps up from the street. There’s no microwave or small fridge in the room, but the front desk area has a small fridge and microwave where you can store a bottle of water and things like that. Cable and WiFi are available. The view was beautiful, and the clean room did what it needed to. The bathroom really needed remodeling, though. Rust or dim lighting made it hard for me to shower comfortably, even though it was clean. Also, there’s no heater if you get cold.

Clean rooms and a great place. The location is hard to beat!
