It’s disappointing to be promised one thing and get another. The service was terrible, and they overcharged us: a room with two beds cost $2,100.00. There was no air conditioning or dryer, and they didn’t even provide complimentary toiletries. The hot and cold water labels were wrong, so we waited for the hot water to come on. The shower area was dirty, and there weren’t enough blankets. My truck was scratched because parking was advertised, but there wasn’t any, so we had to look for a spot on the street.

I have no idea what's happening here. It all feels wrong, almost like a scam, because they haven't paid me. I'm not going to let this place off the hook. They need to pay what they charged me.

I was there for four months, and the employees were generally friendly. But I chose the place because it seemed safe, and my motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot. I still don't know why they couldn't access the security cameras.

From the street, the hotel doesn't look like much, but inside the rooms feel like apartments. I loved staying here. If you're young, the center is about a 15-minute walk, and you can see everything on foot.
