Hotel Ex-Hacienda San Xavier

The restaurant food was awful. My wife got enchiladas with hardly any sauce, and the tortillas were stale. I ordered “the” hamburger, and the patty was pressed nerves and cartilage. Disgusting. It was so bad they only charged us for the drinks without us even asking. I wanted to talk to someone in charge, but nobody was around to complain to. The hotel looked “nice and expensive” from the outside, so it's incredible they serve such horrible food. Never again. Thank you.

Our room didn't have much of a view, which disappointed us a little because the grounds are nice and we'd have liked to see them. We did like being a little outside the city center, since it made things more relaxed. The room had a good layout, nice beds, and the service was excellent. When my friend had a medical issue, the hotel quickly sent a doctor to the room. The restaurant, front desk, and valets were helpful too. We liked our stay a lot and would definitely come back.

The staff were lovely, and it was quiet, clean, and within walking distance of Centro. The room was nothing fancy. The pool area has seen better days.

There was construction at my house, and I needed somewhere quiet and comfortable to recover after surgery. Staying at the hotel turned out to be a brilliant idea, if I do say so myself. I ended up there for a month, and the lovely staff took great care of me and paid close attention to what I needed.
