A cozy, nice property, and the room was quite spacious. The shower pressure was low, though, and there was no in-room safe.

It was quiet, with no noise, but there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator. I noticed all the rooms facing the pool. Do they not rent those? 😔

I’ve traveled all over Mexico, and this was a first. Be careful when booking: they say breakfast is included in the rate, but the buffet isn’t. When I asked about it, the staff were inept, and the hotel manager wasn’t available to talk. At other hotel chains, “breakfast included” hasn’t meant being limited to a continental breakfast. You only get one chance to make a good first impression, and this hotel made a bad one. I feel the way they do business was deceptive, sadly, and I won’t return.

The bed was hard, which was my only small complaint, but I’d stay again. The room was clean, the AC worked really well, and the pool and patio were lovely. We were there for a couple of nights with our dog, and the friendly staff even brought him a bed for the room.
