The continental breakfast was nearly inedible, and the restaurant service really needs improvement. Still, the hotel is lovely and lives up to its boutique name. My room was incredible, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony, a giant shower, and nice amenities. I could walk to two beautiful beaches where I swam every day. There was also a good restaurant nearby and a massage place right across the street.

Guests get free beer and wine from 5 to 6 pm on the rooftop terrace, and there’s a free continental breakfast in the morning with pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, meats, and cheeses. The hotel is centrally located, with nice rooms, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. It had everything I wanted in San Carlos. I’d definitely stay again.

The restaurant was terrible, with no service and cold food. Even though breakfast was included, we skipped it on the second day. The pool was out of service, though the rooftop bar was great. Otherwise, it’s a very nice, clean hotel in a great location. Underground parking and breakfast were included. The room was comfortable and roomy, the bath area was great, and the housekeepers were great too. The view was of a dirt lot.

We enjoyed breakfast in the speakeasy, including the vegetarian options, and everyone we met was so friendly. Casa María is beautiful throughout, and we had a comfortable room with a balcony looking over the marina and Tetakawi. The location is perfect, with many local spots by the marina just a short walk away, including Marvida brewery and restaurant. My partner and I were treated with so much kindness and hospitality, even though we booked at the last minute. We’re looking forward to coming back soon. Mil gracias!!!
