I really enjoyed spending a month in one of the apartments. Since I was new to town, they picked me up at the bus station and walked me over. The place felt secure, the service was attentive, it was cleaned weekly, and the apartment itself was beautiful. Some reviews mention the hot water, but it just takes longer than usual to warm up. It's a few minutes' walk from Guadalupe st. I'd happily stay here again.

I had no trouble getting hot water, despite reading complaints about it. I showered around 10 pm and again about 8 am, and both times it was properly hot, not lukewarm. The rooms are very clean and the service is good. It's a rustic hotel, so it met my expectations and earned 5 stars. A nice place to relax, with reception staff who were quick and friendly when we arrived.

The reception staff are really friendly, and the hotel is clean and good for the price. The internet is free, but unless you're in a room near the lobby the signal is almost nonexistent, so connecting is nearly impossible. Parking is offered, but it turns out there's a fee when you arrive. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

The bathroom is quite spacious, and the room has a large bed, TV, closet, and full-length mirror. The colonial decor and style are lovely.
