The rooms get unbearably musty after a while, and that should be one of the first things they fix. They're also freezing, with no way to heat them, though they did bring us an extra blanket when we asked. The bed is very spacious, and the staff were kind and helpful. The entrance looks nice and the location is excellent for getting around. It might be fine for one night in passing, but I'd pick somewhere else for a longer stay. We couldn't, unfortunately, since we'd already booked three nights. They need to improve quite a few things before this place is okay.

November 2025. For the price on Booking, this was good value. The room was clean and serviced every day, and the crew were accommodating. There was hot water, the San Cris pedestrian street started right at the doorstep, and the bus and colectivo terminals were just around the corner.

The rooms are decent, the beds are comfortable, and nights are quiet. But the wifi basically doesn't exist. The walls seem paper thin: we could hear people talking and doing things in rooms beside and above us, even flushing toilets and taking showers.
