The rooms are spotless and nicely decorated, and the hotel has a warm, homey feel. It sits conveniently between the city centre and the bus station. There aren't street-facing windows, but those streets can be crowded with noisy, smelly cars anyway; our windows looked onto a beautiful patio. The showers were great, the staff polite and helpful, and the room rate was good value.

The only real plus besides the warm shower was that, at 8pm, a staff member let me bring my motorcycle into the building. The WiFi was slow, the bed uncomfortable, and the other staff weren't helpful. I also felt I'd been put in a larger room and charged more than the basic rate I wanted. When my girlfriend arrived early from a night bus, around 8:30am, the morning staff wouldn't let her into the room while I showered and got ready. They made her wait in the "games room" and wanted 150MXN to let her in for just 30mins -1hr. Pretty average place. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is nice, but it was practically empty and still couldn't provide hot water that worked when I wanted to shower.
