Hotel Fresno Galerías

The staff made the stay especially memorable. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and Mr. Mario was welcoming. The concierge also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to do nearby. Breakfast and brunch were a highlight, particularly the buffet, with a wide selection for different tastes and dietary needs. The restaurant’s dishes were delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Fresno Galerías Hotel is well placed near major attractions and shopping, while still feeling like a quiet break from the busy city. Its modern design is stylish and welcoming. The fitness center is well equipped, and the climatized pool is relaxing, good ways to unwind whether you’re here for work or pleasure. My room was spacious and spotless, with quality furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi and premium toiletries. From arrival, the atmosphere felt warm and elegant, and the hotel brought together comfort, service, and facilities in a way that exceeded my expectations. It’s a top choice for travelers. I recommend it wholeheartedly and look forward to coming back. Gracias 🤗

The breakfast buffet had excellent food. Rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, and the location was good.

We got in the evening of November 16, 2017, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I forgot to ask their names, especially the woman’s, but thank you for helping us. The room was large, new, clean, and very nice. The free breakfast was excellent.

The staff were friendly, and the buffet was fine. The hotel did what we needed, though it’s not the best one. Its location is convenient, almost beside Galerías mall and near plenty of restaurants and places of interest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely styled. The downsides were slow, unstable Wi-Fi and construction noise that woke me early with hammering. The shower water was only warm.
