We were trying to get to Jalisco Guadalajara when car trouble forced my family and me to stop for the night. We were eight people and rented two rooms, three in one and five in the other. The ladies were already rude when we arrived, saying there were too many of us. In the rooms there were ants, the beds were hard, and the air conditioning on the third floor barely worked. There was no water either. When we couldn't figure out the TV or AC, one woman insulted us. The internet barely reached the room beside the office. We were still deciding whether to book another night because the car wasn't ready, but they kept yelling that checkout was at 12 and telling us to leave, saying they were losing money. They were knocking before checkout time, too. Even getting our luggage out turned into shouting about closing the door and it costing money. A really bad stay, and I wouldn't come back.
