Hotel Parque Inn

The remote was the only little issue, since some of its lettering was hard to make out. The staff were friendly when I called for information and just as welcoming when I arrived. My room and bathroom were very clean, and otherwise everything was fine.

I felt safe here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the place is very clean, and they’re available around the clock. The staff are polite and helpful, and if you have an issue they come over quickly and help sort it out. I’d recommend it.

I booked again because my first stay had been really good, with a clean room where I felt safe. This time I only chose it because it was the only place that let me check in early and it was near where I needed to go. The room was dusty all over, and it looked like only the bathroom had been mopped. That bathroom was full of spit, the toilet leaked, the door wouldn’t shut properly, and there was just one bottle of water in the mini-fridge. The staff need to pay more attention, and the hotel needs better security because there isn’t any. For the price and the state of the room, it’s expensive. Other places cost less and have cleaner rooms and bathrooms. You can get some sleep here, and that’s about it. I think I might give it another chance, maybe, but they need to improve security and cleanliness.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, and the internet reception was amazing. Staff service was excellent too. A great place to unwind.
