It was a great value. The motel is basic, but clean and inexpensive, with taco stands, groceries, water, and laundry all within walking distance. There’s also a Michoacana ice cream shop on the corner. The manager was kind and helpful.
We stayed for 8 days and they gave us a discount for that length of stay. The bed was really comfortable, there was always hot water, and the staff were very kind. It’s also super close to the mall and other places.
For this kind of place, it’s expensive.
The hotel itself was quiet and clean, and my only complaint about it is that there was never hot water in the shower. There’s some business right behind it on the street, though I don’t know what it is, and they play very loud music early in the morning, around 2 am, then set off firecrackers at 4 am.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was quiet and peaceful. It was well located and reasonably priced, with clean, fairly spacious rooms, air conditioning, and hot water. The mattresses were a bit hard. It’s a good option for a few days, but for a longer stay I’d look for somewhere more comfortable. Air conditioning is essential in this area.
