Really cool property, with lovely rooms and comfortable beds.

The rooms were basic, definitely not luxury, and we had no hot water in the shower. We also asked the staff to keep our ice cream frozen since there was no mini fridge in our room. When we got it back, it was completely melted. There was loud music right outside our room until 2 am every night because of events, so we couldn't sleep. The property itself is very nice, but the service was terrible. For that insanely high price, this was the worst experience I've had at a “boutique” hotel. I'd never stay again.

The staff were very good, and the area was nice for events. But the room had really poor soundproofing. There was an event just outside, and the music came straight into the room. It was hard to sleep with all that noise.
