Daniella at the front desk is a star. They were out of rooms when I arrived to check in, but she somehow worked a miracle and found me somewhere to stay. She deserves employee of the month, a raise, and an outstanding performance review. The hotel was very clean and the service excellent. Thanks, Daniella!

The balcony room and the location were both great. There’s lots of food and shopping nearby, and it’s easy to get around on foot. Parking was a bit tricky, though I was driving a big truck, so that’s understandable.

I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again. The food took a long time, although the waitress was doing her best. My chile rellenos were tiny, the cheese seemed fake and wouldn’t melt, and the rice was dry and a little hard, like it had been microwaved several times. The skillet fish was dry too. I really can’t recommend the restaurant.

The room price is reasonable, and there’s a restaurant in the hotel. Parking has a security guard 24/7. My room was clean and the staff were ready to help, but there’s no refrigerator or complimentary water, so bring bottled water.

I’ve been staying here for around 5years. It’s easy to find, clean, and near plenty of restaurants and street vendors. The only real downside is the weak shower pressure. Book a room facing West if you want to see one of the most beautiful sunsets.
