The one upside is being close to Chapultepec Avenue. Otherwise, this felt like a hostel dressed up as a hotel, and it was overpriced for what you get. There was no hot water or AC, and no extra blankets. The room door could be opened by pushing hard. I waited outside the property for about three hours because there was no concierge. I practically had to beg the front desk for more shampoo and body wash.

Pet-friendly, and in one of the best spots in town. Bars, restaurants, and nightclubs are all close by, and the area is really friendly and nice.

I canceled my stay. The place felt sketchy and the area was creepy. They say the front desk is open 24/7, but the door was closed and nobody answered the bell.

The hosts made us feel right at home. Great service and atmosphere, with modern facilities, nice amenities, and everything clean.

The place was quiet, small but comfortable and clean. They have both shared and private rooms, and it’s near cafés and restaurants. The staff were friendly throughout, and the service was very good.
