We arrived at the apartment and there weren't even towels, which are basics. On the second day there was no coffee or water, and the sink was clogged. They need to pay more attention to details. When we asked for coffee, the cleaner seemed annoyed.

We've been here for three days because of car trouble, and the hotel has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves great food. We love ordering from the menu, and there's also a buffet from 7am to 12:30pm.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the place was clean and good value for the price. There weren't enough towels for the number of guests in our two-bed suite. The bed was a little hard, but I still slept well. Checkout at 1pm was nice, since other hotels check you out at 11am.

The staff were very nice and apologized, but it was a really unfortunate stay. Both beds had bedbugs, and after they moved us to a suite at no extra charge, I found a huge cockroach in the shower. I didn't feel comfortable staying there anymore, so even though they offered to move us again, we left that night and found another hotel. The beds were too hard and the furniture was old, too.

The people working here were pleasant, professional, and very nice. The room itself was far below what I expected. There were no soap bars, shampoo, or body lotion, and the towels looked dingy, stained, and torn. Half the lamps had no bulbs, and there was no TV remote. They were the only place willing to take me at 2:00 am, and I only needed somewhere for five hours.
