The pool has one frustrating rule: you can't bring your own snacks, food, or drinks in, since there's a bar and menu there. You have to order poolside or eat and drink outside that area. The place itself is nice, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site buffet is decent, though the food was average.

The staff really made the stay for me. They were ready to answer questions and help with any problems, and our buffet waiter was excellent too. I hadn't expected much, but the Google Maps photos were accurate: it's a stunning hotel. My wife and I stayed in a spacious, nicely decorated Jr. Suite, with plenty of amenities, including a gym and pool open day and night. The buffet is available during the day. We decided this will be our Hermosillo hotel for future trips, and we'll definitely come back.

The room fridge was useful for my medication, and the parking was free and secured. Still, I wouldn't stay again. It was a noisy area, the hotel felt old, and the linens and towels were worn and due for replacement. The buffet cost extra, and the food was okay, nothing special. I was there for one night.
