The service is excellent, and I’d strongly recommend this hotel. There’s a nice restaurant with a decent selection of Mexican wines and bacanora, plus a bar with live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

Many great cultural experiences are within walking distance, so the location is great. The service was amazing, and Carlos, the doorman, was extremely helpful during my visit.

I’ve never had worse restaurant service. All the male servers there are rude and unfriendly.

We came just for the food and it was delicious, with fair prices. Our server was polite, though the food took a little too long to come out. I’d return, just not when I’m short on time.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times over the last four years. They’ve always taken a 200 peso cash deposit at check-in, saying it’s to make sure the room is okay at checkout. The last couple of visits, they kept the money because my towels were dirty. I travel with my wife, and one towel had makeup on it. This is very disappointing, and it feels like a scam.
