We found mold all over, dirty curtains and walls, and a dirty toilet even in what was called the “best” room. There was old soap with lots of hair left in the shower area, too. Reception service was so poor that we would've preferred some kind of machine there. If you have any other option, I'd stay away.

It'll do if all you need is an inexpensive place to sleep after a long drive. The room was decent, but upkeep and cleanliness need work. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired. The hot shower worked, though the WiFi and many of the lights didn't.

We were glad to find warm showers and clean towels, and after our first night the staff cleaned the room while we were out, which was a nice surprise. At 350 pesos for three people in a small Mexican town, we didn't expect much, but the floor was so dirty and sticky that we couldn't take off our shoes as we normally do. WiFi was available, though our room was at the very end of the corridor and the signal was too weak for a steady connection. The hotel is close to the market, where buses go to nearby towns and to Merida and Campeche.

The music was too loud, and I couldn't understand the guy. He then showed me where and how to park, and had me squeezed right against the wall. In the room there was no toilet paper. My wife asked for some, and he didn't want to give it to her. I thought maybe he figured I had stolen it, but we eventually got it. Then the toilet was clogged. Money may be tight, but people can still manage their own behavior. The staff definitely need to change how they treat guests. I wouldn't recommend this place.
