The building looks beautiful from outside, and service was friendly and quick. Inside, it’s more like connected houses being rented out like a motel. Our unit was missing light bulbs, had broken towel bars, and no toilet paper. We also had to call to get enough towels for everyone in our group, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 4.

I felt very peaceful and secure there, and the service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, from my first call asking about the place to the person who welcomed me. They even suggested somewhere for dinner. The room was spotless, with water, toiletries, and very clean towels. I left a shirt behind, and they called me so I could get it back. Very nice hotel.

I stayed Saturday night, the 28th, and the hotel itself was so lovely I’d give it five stars. The men were incredibly helpful and friendly. The issue was the woman working Sunday morning. She kept bothering me about watching my daughter in case she broke something and I had to pay. I understood and accepted that after she told me once, but she went on about it over and over all morning. You can’t harass guests like that.

We had a really pleasant weekend there, and the rooms were clean and equipped with what we needed to feel at home. I was delighted by how accommodating they were when I’d forgotten my yoga mat: they found me a very clean one and said I could use any part of the hotel to practice. I did yoga in the beautiful garden. The café was always available, and service was there day and night. We had no problems at all. The sauna was closed for repairs, but they said it was a very good service. Excellent service, and I highly recommend it.
