Finca Los Angeles Hospederia & Sociales

Walking around the grounds among all the nature was lovely, and I had a great time with the bikes, pool, artwork, and game room. The breakfast was fantastic too, especially when some really kind, helpful girls offered us waffles. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was so friendly. It felt like a wonderful experience, not just another place to stay. Highly recommend it.

We arrived on time to check in, but the place was deserted. After waiting more than half an hour with no response, we tried calling and found the phones turned off. When we finally got through to someone, they said they had no record of our reservation. They said they'd call us back, but never did, and didn't even apologize. Then our reservation was canceled, which was the last straw after such disastrous service. I definitely don't recommend this place. 0 recommended. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star.

They canceled our reservation in the end, without explanation, and never gave a clear account of what happened or even an apology. We arrived at check-in time and waited over half an hour with nobody there to help. The phones were off, our messages got no response, and when we finally reached someone, they said our reservation wasn't on record. They promised to call back, but didn't. They really need to improve how they communicate with guests. I absolutely don't recommend them.

There was nobody at the place when we arrived for check-in, and after more than 30 minutes without a reply, the phones were still off. Eventually someone answered and said they couldn't find our reservation. They said they would call back, then we heard nothing. Our booking was canceled with no further explanation. A complete disaster at Finca Los Ángeles, terrible service and zero recommendations.
