The room temperatures were strange, freezing downstairs and really hot upstairs, even though it was a cool day. The AC didn't help at all after hours, but opening a window fixed it for me. The place itself is fun, with great scenery, and the restaurant on the rock is impressive. Food was decent and staff were alright. I only wish the cave bar had been open. The little creeks make lovely sounds, and the place is cute, with an odd Bavarian feel.

Service was good, but cleanliness and upkeep need work. The toilet dripped, the carpet had several stains, and one bed had no mattress cover. The pillows were rock hard, while the other bed was so thin and saggy that it was impossible to sleep on comfortably. The bathroom door barely locked and was awkward when using the sink; the closet door squealed loudly. I also found it nasty that the pool's public bathroom had about eight half-used toilet rolls. I'm sure you can get more for your money somewhere else.
