We paid 350 MXN for the night for two people and a dog. The room had a standard double bed, a shower, strong WiFi, and a fan that was almost comically powerful. No AC, but there were good food options nearby. The busy road right beside the place made for a loud night until around 11pm.

The service was excellent, and the AC worked well. It's right by the highway, though, so there's a lot of noise and light sleepers may struggle. The price is good for such a central spot, just 5 minutes from the main garden. It has what you need for a place to sleep, but could use some maintenance.
