Hotel Casa Domínguez

The pool view is spectacular, and the spa was excellent for unwinding. The hotel is around five minutes from the center, so we felt comfortable walking around at night. There’s a security guard ready to greet you when you arrive, which was reassuring. Reception were attentive and happy to help throughout our stay. Our room was clean, with plenty of blankets, and the facilities all seemed well cared for.

The online support was great, and the staff in person were just as good, attentive and personal since the hotel wasn’t crowded. The rooms are spotless, with comfortable beds, lovely smelling pillows, and a sparkling bathroom. There’s only one bed in each room, so it’s probably better for couples. It costs a little more than some places and isn’t as central, but that’s part of why the view is so lovely. They work with the Montetaxco cable car and the callejoneada, and gave us recommendations for both. My one gripe is breakfast, which means going to a restaurant at another hotel a bit far away. I’d still happily return a thousand times.

The decor really added something special, and the rooms and pool were spotless. Parking felt very secure, and the location was unbeatable. Mijail, Ángel, and the rest of the team were attentive to every detail and suggested places to see and things to do while we were there. Great value for the money, and we’d definitely come back.

The terrace and pool have a beautiful view, and the pool is bigger than it looks. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, with very comfortable beds and amazing pillows. You can tell they put care into all the little details. There are Smart TVs, and the staff can tell you about their tours to different places. Service was excellent, and we felt comfortable and relaxed here. It costs a bit more than other hotels, but I thought it was worth every penny.
