The view, the walk to the beach, good air conditioning, and reasonably priced food were the highlights of our stay at the Villas Coral. We also got to use a table setting arranged for future weddings. It was nicely done, felt very private, and had a great view. The WiFi was weak in our room, and the breakfast buffet could use more choices, including bread for toast.

The ocean view was beautiful, and the hotel was quiet. The beach right there is rocky, but there are several lovely beaches close by. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pools were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, and the stay was really good value.

A warning for anyone booking dinner at Miramar Restaurant, part of Villas Coral in Santa Cruz Huatulco, Mexico. We reserved for Dec 25th and sent a $3990 Pesos deposit, which they confirmed. It turned out they had booked us for DEC 24TH instead. They refused to refund the money or accommodate us. They kept our payment and wasted our time. Poor business practice, not recommended unless you're looking for a headache. #badexperience #huatulco

We liked the hotel, with its big rooms and really good prices. The restaurant is good and has beautiful views. There's a small beach within walking distance, but not much else around, and the hotel is a little far from downtown, so we took a cab each time we wanted to go out to eat. I'd recommend it.
