Hotel Delphinus Inn

I first heard about the hotel while volunteering with puppies and street dogs, and the people there treat animals and everyone else with the same care and respect. Our room was clean, and after I explained I needed internet for work, they put us somewhere with a good signal. The location is lovely too, with a little park out front and the beach just a two-minute walk away. It’s dog friendly. But be careful around Roberto. He seemed friendly at first, then acted dangerously unstable. I wish someone had warned me.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the little pool was enough to cool off in. The price was great for a nice hotel close to the beach and the big Chedraui. For good street food, though, you’ll need to walk about ten minutes toward Zócalo.

I was there for four nights and had a good stay. It’s clean and quiet, with a relaxed atmosphere, a nice pool, and modest prices. The rooms were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator, though there is one on site that you can’t get to after hours. Wi-Fi in the room was unreliable, and there wasn’t any coffee available. You also have to pay extra for air conditioning. It’s a cute hotel, but the beach is more than 100 meters away, so you’ll need a taxi.
