The attached restaurant was amazing, and the hotel's handy for Chedraui and Oxxo. Those were the only real positives. We booked three rooms, and one wasn't available until an extra hour had passed. When we finally got in, it was missing a toilet seat. They also took our AC and TV remotes over a "broken cup" we hadn't broken. It felt like the hotel was manufacturing problems to charge people, all over 50 pesos. In the morning, cleaners unplugged everything, including the fridge, so be careful if you have medicine that needs refrigeration or food. Our towels were dirty, there was no hot water, and the whole stay was frustrating. For the price, the hotel isn't worth it. I'd pay more to stay somewhere else nearby. If you do stay, take pictures and have staff inspect everything so you aren't accused of anything.

They accused us of breaking a wine glass and took away our AC unless we paid for it. The towels were stained and dirty too. I'm never coming back.

The place was nice and clean, and the location was good. But the front desk service was just awful. It was suuuper noisy, with lots of tours arriving, and they didn't enforce the rules.

Shops and restaurants were an easy walk away, and the staff pointed us toward some great places to tour and eat. They were very friendly too. It was a great place for a family stay, and we'll definitely be back.
