For what we paid, the stay wasn't worth it. The pool was icy and looked almost green, and there were lots of mosquitoes around it and on the balcony. We arrived to rooms with bits of trash still in them. After we went shopping, we came back to find the rooms hadn't been cleaned. They also charge extra for toilet paper. There are a lot of rules, including no swearing, unplugging the TV when you're not using it, and an 8 pm closing time for the property and pool. That's how it went for my family.

We got good value for our money and would happily come back. The apartments felt comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Set among trees, the place was cool and peaceful. The large pool also has a wading pool, and everything felt clean and safe. The shared areas were well kept, and having parking was a plus.

I went with my family and babies and rented three apartments. We hadn't brought alcohol or music, and we didn't even have a speaker. At 9 PM, while we were talking in the patio, the owner came out, said nobody could stay in the common areas, and switched off the lights. They expect everyone to be quiet, in bed, and with the lights out right at 9 PM. He was incredibly rude, and the owners acted as if letting us use the apartments was a favor. The water was freezing, and the bad attitudes continued throughout our stay. The place was expensive for what it offered, and the service was awful. The owner apologized when we returned the apartments, so he knew things had gone wrong, but that didn't undo how he ruined my weekend. I absolutely don't recommend it. Look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay, and the price was excellent. The apartments have roomy spaces and everything you need, plus Wi-Fi in each one. There's also private parking, CCTV cameras, a big pool, and a children's wading pool. A great choice if you're visiting Iguala or nearby.
