The rooftop was a highlight, with beautiful views and a pool where we could cool off. We caught a sunset up there and stayed much longer than planned because it was so lovely. The hotel also felt peaceful, while still being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Getting around was easy with the complimentary bikes, which saved us from walking everywhere in the sun. After a day exploring, the ice-cold A/C was a lifesaver. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The whole place was clean and relaxed, a good fit for Holbox. We heard about the penthouse suite with multiple bedrooms and a private hot tub. Having seen it, we may book it next time and bring the family. Hotel Ka'an had what we wanted, and we’d stay again. The bikes probably saved us a few thousand steps.

Everything is within walking distance, and there’s plenty to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful, smells amazing, and is well maintained. They also have complimentary bikes if you’d rather ride than walk. Be sure to head up to the rooftop at sunset. I’d recommend it to family and friends for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.

I stayed at this brand new hotel in Holbox and loved how beautiful it was. The rooms and overall atmosphere showed thoughtful design, and the welcoming staff made it clear how much care went into creating the place. My stay in Holbox was unforgettable. Highly recommend!
