The evening BBQ was a highlight. The Tikin Xic was incredible, one of my favorite things I ate on the trip. El Milagro feels like a real community, which is unusual, and it’s a little oasis away from Centro’s hustle and bustle. I loved all the different places to sit and kept admiring the beautiful tile work. We can’t wait to return.

We’ve stayed at El Milagro several times, and this time brought four families with little kids. It worked perfectly. They’ll put on a fish bbq for your group or the resort if you ask, and it’s a great experience for kids and adults. It’s a hidden gem, and we’re looking forward to next year. The pool is the one thing that isn’t a 10, but our kids were happy playing in it. With a private beach and dock to swim from, it really isn’t needed. THANK YOU ERIC AND TEAM !!! 10/10.

Eric, the owner, is always welcoming and friendly, and makes sure we have the best possible stay. We’ve been to Isla Mujeres with family four times, and every time we’ve stayed at El Milagro. The atmosphere is incredible, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the location and view are hard to beat. I plan to keep coming back to Isla Mujeres, and wouldn’t want to stay at another hotel.

There’s a super chill vibe here. We’ve stayed three or four times and enjoy the grounds and amenities, including parking, the game room, common area, kitchen, dock, little beach, and little pool. The staff are great too, along with the marina travelers. If something comes up, just find the owner/operator around the place and he’ll address it.

We spent five nights at El Milagro and had a great stay. Bayfront 1 had amazing views and beautiful sunsets. The room was spacious and worked perfectly for a stay on the island, even though we didn’t spend much time in it. The A/C gets nice and cool, which is great in the August heat. It’s mid-island, up to a 20 minute walk to the center, and taxis are easy to find and cheap. Being farther from the busy areas also made nights much quieter. The owner was welcoming and helpful.
