There was no service, and the bed sheets were disgusting. You admitted you had stolen an iPad, then threatened to call the police on me because I couldn't find a key and you wanted $30 for it. You should be ashamed.

Airbnb refunded me and said they had already taken the listing down, thankfully. I had booked the supposed Masam hotel, but it turned out to be the Caracol hotel, which does exist. Masam itself doesn't exist and is a scam. Staff at Caracol told me several other tourists had run into the same thing, so be careful.

The room was a good size for us, if not especially spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The front desk guy was really friendly, let us check in early, and held our bags after checkout so we could spend more time at the beach. North Beach is about a five-minute walk away. I'd stay here again.
