The bay views are stunning, and the property itself is beautiful. I’d give it five stars if a couple of the older owners of units weren’t so bothered by people laughing or having fun. Most are older and may pass away in the next five years, so maybe it’ll be better then.
The gardens are beautiful, it’s peaceful, and the view is amazing. We loved our gorgeous apartment and how close it is to Zihua and la Ropa. It could use more attention to the small maintenance details and cleanliness.
The owners were great and quick to respond, and the property manager was kind, capable, efficient, and brilliant. We loved the huge terrace, the thoughtful design and decor, and the fans and AC throughout. The beds were really comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the apartment had everything we could need, including a washing machine. The kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever had the privilege of using, and the apartment was spotless.
I stayed in December 2019 and loved the stunning grounds, pools, and getting to meet other renters and owners. Jack's two-bedroom condo had just about everything anyone could need. It’s an amazing place, and I’ve already booked for 2020.
