Right on La Ropa, this Roman-style villa has lots of character and spacious rooms. The staff and service stood out most, really world-class in such a special part of Mexico.

The views across Ixtapa, the boats, and the beach were great. I stayed Saturday night and seemed to be the only guest, so the place was all mine. Tony and Jordan welcomed me, showed me to my room, and got the air conditioner going. On Sunday, Effra made fruit with yogurt and granola, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and Mexican eggs with Pico de Gallo and flour tortillas. I turned the eggs into tacos. Yum. It was a nice stay.

I've been coming here for nearly my whole life, and I still love it. The views are amazing, the staff are wonderful, and somehow the food is even better. It feels like heaven in a world that's otherwise pretty turbulent.

The sunsets here are such a treat. It's a villa with a hotel feel, in a great spot near the beach. Efraín provided excellent service, and they were always ready to answer our questions.
