Service is good, though the hotel is just okay and the food quality is a bit low. If you book through an app, they practically make you attend a presentation. They say it’ll take 15 minutes, but it ends up being almost half an hour. Also, keep an eye on towels left on the loungers. I went to eat and came back to find two missing, and you risk being charged for them.

Toni and Daniel's activities are the best. Everything is great here, and it's fun and peaceful, better than all the other places in Ixtapa.

Everything was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. Prices are affordable, and paying at the hotel can get you discounts that really save money. I'd definitely come back.

The beach and pool are excellent, and so far the food has been very good, varied, and well seasoned. I'm still at the hotel today, July 5th. It's a shame that bad employees can spoil otherwise good service here. I “lost” a pair of elastic-waist pants that I use for traveling.
