I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. When we checked in, the lobby woman looked like she hated her life and was about to end it all after our transaction. Half our party got actual keys instead of key cards, which wasn’t a big deal. But my room door had been left wide open, with no cleaning lady around. There was no fridge or microwave as advertised, the room looked awful, the sheets were ripped, and the AC didn’t work. Front office did nothing about it. There were tons of beer cans around the pool, still there six hours later when we got back. I woke up covered in bites and think I may have bed bugs. I don’t know where the 4.1 stars came from, unless these are fake reviews or everyone who works here is required to give five stars.

There was a huge party in the lobby when we arrived, and we stood around for about 30 minutes before anyone checked us in. Then the AC didn’t work, we got stuck in the elevator, and there was no hot water. My girlfriend is claustrophobic, so getting trapped in there was especially hard. Exceptionally awful place. Avoid at all costs.

This place is old, very dirty, stained, and smells bad. There was grime on the stairs, in the elevator, and throughout the common areas. I booked four different rooms, and every bathroom smelled like a pipe while the AC smelled moldy. It looks nothing like the photos on the booking pages. I don’t recommend it.

The showers didn’t work and the water was cold. They also add a $50ps charge on top of your food total when you order. The rooms look old. We only stayed because it was close to the beach and we booked at the last minute, but it wasn’t worth it. 11/4/2023

We picked this hotel because it was close to the beach. We checked in around 1 and headed out, but when we came back there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers.
