The hot water was lacking, and the pillows felt flatter than I like. The beds were fairly comfortable, though, and prices are good. The rooms were clean and cool, with friendly staff, a great coffee bar, and a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend the hotel.

The shower leaves the whole bathroom floor wet, and there's lots of street noise. The coffee shop employees are extremely inconsiderate of people trying to sleep. The wifi warns about security issues and wouldn't connect. At checkout they inspect the room and towels, or they'll charge you as if you're a thief. Cheap hotel, super basic rooms. Find another hotel!

I didn't have a reservation, but they had a room available and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the parking was secure.

The Hotel Plaza Hidalgo is a good spot for soda or a meal, with different kinds of dishes to try. Recommended for people who want to taste a variety of dishes.
