The area felt safe for walking, and there was always someone from the staff around. It’s a good-value place for the area and worked well for a short, comfortable stay. The room was simple and clean, with a private courtyard, a hammock, and a big TV. The shower sprayed water everywhere, which was a bit wild, but it still worked fine. Breakfast was toast and fruit. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the ADO bus station and roughly 10 minutes from lots of places to eat. Getting to the public beaches takes around 30 minutes by bus and on foot. The staff were friendly.

I liked how large the rooms and shower area were, and having a shared kitchen was a plus. It’s a small, basic place, not a resort, but that suited me fine. The staff were really friendly and helpful. After my first night, I enjoyed it enough to book three more nights after being in Tulum. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and with the fan on the room cooled down fast. Water pressure varied between rooms, but it did the job. There are about 8-10 rooms, a rooftop patio, and around five parking spaces out front. Bring mosquito repellent, there were mosquitoes.

They let me check in early, around 10 a.m., even though I’d arrived in Cancun at 7:30 that morning. I had a connecting flight to Barcelona that evening and was only at the hotel for about 16 hours, so it gave me time to shower, rest, and go explore the city. The receptionist also explained how to get around on the R1 and R2 buses. My room was very big, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was included in the price. Thanks for having me. I’ll definitely come back to Cancun with my wife.

Good location and really good value for the price. We stayed one night and loved it. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was included too.
