10/10
It’s a family-run hotel with a relaxing pool, and the owner was friendly and helpful. There’s no food on site, but plenty of good restaurants are an easy walk away. Mornings were especially nice, with amazing bird sounds, and the hotel was quiet, with lovely views at both sunset and sunrise.

The room was huge for a reasonable price, and the location was good.

No host or reception was there when I arrived, though I got lucky and found someone on site. The WiFi worked well, and the place was quiet and comfortable. It was clean, fairly priced, and in a good location, with nice amenities, towels, and sheets.

Some rooms look out toward the ruins, and the staff were friendly. It’s a little way from the town center, but the walk is definitely manageable. Nice hotel.

Right in the center of Izamal, with clean, comfortable rooms and air conditioning. There wasn’t any staff or reception.
