We got out as fast as we could. There's no door, just a locked gate that leaves you trapped once you're inside. The place isn't marked either, only a big white wall and a black steel gate, so we had to call to get someone to open it. We had a Booking reservation, but the young man at the gate said we'd come that morning to cancel it. He said a lady had told him that. ZERO stars.

I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms are tiny and expensive, there's no hot water for a shower, and they don't even have soft drink service. There are only four rooms, but the place still feels ugly and dirty. You also can't see the "Peña," which is the main reason to visit Bernal.

The reception was extremely rude. They overbook and couldn't resolve the problem or help us when it happened. They'd rather call the police. Not recommended.
