Residence 10 rooms with Garden and Pool

I'm trying to find a place for my guests, and the comments about dirty sheets and existing damage that guests are then charged for, with the deposit kept, concern me. I can't confirm any of that myself since I haven't seen it. Still, I'm leaving one star because the same macho response seems to be given to everyone, as if no one bothers to look at each case separately. That seems to back up what people are saying. Thanks for the comments, they've saved us a lot of trouble.

The place has potential, and the heated pool, grounds, outdoor bathrooms, play area, and neighborhood were good. But a weekend away with friends turned into a poor experience because of problems the hosts seemed to overlook. There was no real privacy, and people from outside could enter the property without our permission. Cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing too: the kitchen utensils were old and mismatched, some appliances didn't work, and neither of the two refrigerators worked. The sheets had been used already, with no assurance they were properly clean. The water pump's automatic controls kept malfunctioning, and a badly installed water tank leaked into the neighboring home, bringing complaints to us. Several rooms also had no hot water in the mornings. At the end, they tried to charge us for damage we'd reported during the stay and kept the deposit, as other guests had mentioned in earlier reviews. I hope the owners make improvements; the place could be good if they took the guest experience seriously.

We got a house with broken refrigerators, and our food spoiled. There were bugs in the bedroom and no towels. The owner had contacted us outside Airbnb with a better price, then refused to return the deposit. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. It was an awful experience.

Friendly service and affordable prices made this a comfortable, pleasant place to stay.
