Siete Cielos

The rooms were great. There was some noise during our visit because they were remodeling.

A relaxing place with friendly service throughout. The facilities are clean, with thoughtful extras like a coffee maker, coffee, cups, water, and a refrigerator. The toilet and shower are separate, and the shower had shampoo and soap. They also provided four clean towels. It’s just steps from the boardwalk, with a small shop at the entrance. Wi-Fi and TV are available too.

I wouldn’t recommend coming alone or as a group of only women. The property is open, anyone can walk in, and there’s no security. The room doors are sliding glass, so it didn’t feel safe at all. I read that it was right in front of the lagoon, but keep in mind it’s across the avenue, not directly on the water. The bathroom door sticks a lot, so be careful since it’s glass. On the plus side, the room is nice and has Wi-Fi, a large TV, and air conditioning. The hot water takes a little while to come through, but it does work.

The area is very quiet, and the rooms are spacious. We had a superb, peaceful stay, helped by fantastic staff and a lucky upgrade to a superior room with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel has Wi-Fi and rents out bikes and kayaks. If we come back, we’ll stay here again for sure.
