I wanted to love this place, but the issues made it hard to enjoy or rest, and I wouldn’t stay here or recommend it. Irene was accommodating and nice, and the building and parking felt secure. Having a car made the location convenient. There were roaches in the kitchen as soon as we checked in. I told Irene, and she confirmed pest spraying was scheduled for the following week. The walls are thin, so we heard constant traffic from the busy avenue and the neighbors. Blackout curtains cover the larger bedroom windows, but there’s another small window in each room with no curtain, so sunlight comes in at sunrise. The washer-dryer is a combo unit and takes 4.5 hours to dry clothes. Irene confirmed the drying time. We had a few loads to finish before leaving, so that was inconvenient.

The owner was attentive whenever I had a request, and the building is in good shape. There’s a gate for the security of your family and vehicle. The rooms, living area, and kitchen are roomy, and each has air conditioning for La Paz’s warm afternoons. The amenities are excellent.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout, and both the facilities and service were top-notch. I was delighted with the stay! 😍 Just know that you may hear the upstairs neighbor, which could be an issue if you’re sensitive to noise when sleeping.

It’s much nicer to spend these days somewhere peaceful, and the apartments are comfortable. The people looking after the place are kind. I’ve fallen in love with this beautiful state.
