The rooftop terrace was AMAZING, so we planned sundowners up there every night. The room was incredibly well done, with everything needed in the kitchen and a schmick bathroom. The location is perfect: 15 minutes on foot to the beach and tourist area, 5 minutes to a grocery store, 10 minutes to the markets, and an amazing restaurant right across the road. The staff were helpful whenever we had anything we needed, including a few random requests, and there was no hassle.

The kitchen setup was a real plus for us, especially with a grocery store just a short walk away. We could cook when we didn’t want to eat out every meal. The gated parking area behind the wall felt secure, and the beach and plenty of restaurants were within walking distance. We came to La Paz over Thanksgiving for the city, whale sharks, and scuba, and Josefa Suites made a great base. The apartment felt like a new suite in a typical four-star hotel, with clean, lovely rooms and amenities. We had a relaxing stay and would come back.

A quiet spot with controlled entry, close to downtown and only a few blocks from the beach. The parking was spacious and secure, and the place felt clean and roomy, like a home away from home.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment felt new. There isn’t much right around it, but the Malecon is still not too far on foot. It’s centrally located if you have a car.

We stayed for a week and really liked the new apartments and the rooftop terrace. The owners were nice, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Malecon is about a ten-minute walk away.
