I owe Sr. Hector and his wonderful staff an apology for taking so long to write about my October stay. They’re kind, humble, thoughtful, and make you feel like family the moment you walk in. The location is excellent, with a grocery store and restaurants an easy walk away. The area felt very safe, even when I wandered farther or walked at night. I never once felt uncomfortable. Sr. Hector and his team treated me so generously. Un abrazo Sr. Hector, Gracias, disculpeme, y saludos a todos!!

We had a full two-bedroom apartment with an amazing balcony view, just a block from the malecón. The place exceeded my expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean and nice, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to La Paz.

such an adorable place in a great spot for the Malecon! Hector and the other staff were so nice. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and shared food recommendations and places to go. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in La Paz. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The location made everything easy, just a block from Malecón and within comfortable walking distance of places around town. Hector and his team were gracious and professional, and helped us get to know La Paz and the region. Las Gaviotas is a gem. Three friends shared a spacious, comfortable, well cared for two-bedroom apartment for two weeks, with an enormous balcony overlooking the sparkling bay. We had a wonderful stay.

Hector, the manager, greeted us so warmly when my family and I arrived for a fishing trip through Tail Hunter. The staff suggested restaurants nearby, and we could easily get to the boardwalk from the hotel. It was comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and the view was amazing. Everyone was friendly, and we’ll definitely be back. I’d recommend it over any other hotel in La Paz.
