Hotel Las Cúpulas

The service was good and we were treated well, but I wouldn’t come back. The rooms were just so-so, with beds that felt too hard for me to sleep comfortably. There were more than four of us, but only one gas burner worked, so cooking much at once was difficult. The toilet seat was loose and shifted when you sat on it.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. When the water stopped while my cousin was showering, they sorted it out and he was fine again within minutes. The hotel is clean and has the basics, though there are better places for the same price. We couldn’t watch anything on the TV because it uses Fire TV and the internet was too slow. One glass was dirty when we arrived, so we had to rewash everything. For a bungalow meant for six, they only left us two towels.

I’d been persuaded by the Airbnb and Google Maps reviews, but my stay wasn’t pleasant. I know it’s cheap, but that doesn’t make the poor cleanliness okay. The floor was dirty, and the shower didn’t work. I reported it and the staff were helpful, but the place really needs maintenance. The rooms were damp and smelled bad, and the beds weren’t comfortable.

The way we were treated was downright rude, and the place seemed to care very little about customer service. Over our three days there, nobody cleaned anything. They also didn’t give us basic hotel necessities like toilet paper or towels, and some beds were missing pillows. The pillow they eventually gave us was falling apart. The beds were hard, and the TV picture was unclear. I hope they take this feedback into account and improve their service.
