Grand Fiesta Americana Queretaro

I only stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana for a day, but the room was very clean and the service was very good. The front desk staff were patient, courteous, and helpful. I loved the white cotton shower robe and wanted to buy three. My Uber had already arrived, so the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get them for me. Thank you, you made my whole trip. I’ll be back.

Everything else was very good, but all three of us had something flying around in our rooms. One colleague was bitten by something and needed medical attention.

I’ve been coming to Querétaro for business for nine years. After a strange stay at my usual business hotel, I tried the Grand Fiesta Americana, and it’s now my new place when I visit. The courtyard, pool, and public areas are lovely, a real oasis in the city. The food was outstanding, and Christopher, the manager at Distral, was incredible. It’s easily the best hotel in Querétaro, which is why it’s on Forbes’ recommended list.

I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant and had to go to a nearby hospital. Whatever you do, don’t order their chicken Caesar salad!
