The front desk eventually moved us to a junior suite, and the young woman there checked that everything was in order. She was accommodating and deserves five stars for her concern. Earlier, though, when we were given the same rooms as on our first night, neither room had a complete set of towels, my brother-in-law's shower still wasn't draining, and the sheets hadn't been changed. We knew because we'd accidentally scuffed them in obvious spots. We told the desk, and they seemed surprised, but the sheets still weren't changed while we went out into town. At first the staff had been friendly and helpful, and the initial stay was fine. It's a decent place if they do the work.
