The staff who cleaned the rooms were so welcoming and wonderful. I felt at home here, with a quiet, clean, safe atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had lots of choices, and the service was hard to beat. This is my second stay, and I love the place so much I wish I could bring it home. I plan to come back every year.

The heated pool was clean, and breakfast was a fresh-made buffet. We were greeted with freshly made juice as soon as we arrived, and our bags were taken straight to the room. Everyone looked nicely dressed, and the service and professionalism really impressed me. I wish it were this way in the United States. I'd recommend it to families who want good air conditioning and great service.

I came for the Starbucks, but they don't carry the drinks you'd normally find at a Starbucks. The service was good, just a little slow.

The garden and pool were nice, and the rooms were okay for the area, though a bit dated. The hallway smelled moldy. At check-in, they forgot to give me my breakfast tickets and then asked me to pay for breakfast. I showed the manager my online booking receipt, which listed the room and breakfast in the total I had paid. After that, they gave me the tickets.

The restaurant had plenty of dishes to pick from, and everything we tried tasted great. The staff and service were top notch. Give the guava mimosas a try.
