We paid for four nights but had to leave one night early because our itinerary changed, and they refunded us without a problem. The staff were excellent. This is the best place to stay in Tziscao, with beautiful lakefront accommodation and an excellent restaurant at good prices.

The road in is pretty rough for about 100 metres, but we managed by driving slowly. Our cabana had a fireplace, and they lit it for an extra 100 pesos. The restaurant on site is run by the owners, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Great accommodation and very, very kind staff.

The cabanas were full when we arrived, so we stayed in a hotel room with a beautiful lake view. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there were good breakfast options. We had a nice stay and can only recommend it.

The view is wonderful, the beds were comfy, and the balcony hammock was just right. There's a restaurant on the property too. Still, for 650 pesos a night, we got a view and a bed, nothing more, and I was disappointed with the value. They promised hot water, but there wasn't any. They tried to fix it after we complained, but it didn't work. It was very cold that day, and after a long day of travel I really wanted a warm shower. I wish they'd offered to move us to another room to try a different boiler. The wifi was very, very weak, which was disappointing after a long day without reception. There was no heating in the room, no AC, no fire. I'd look at other nearby places.
