Hotel Lagos Inn

I was in town for work, and the hotel had a really nice feel. The city around it was lovely to see and walk through, and I really enjoyed breakfast. Each night I came back to a clean, organized room. The beds and pillows were very firm, though, so if you’re not used to that, you might want to bring your own pillow.

Right in the middle of the city, so the location is very convenient. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, although not everyone speaks English. The rooms are spacious but feel a bit sad and need an update. It was an okay stay.

We came from Canada with two vehicles, including a truck carrying a golf cart, and soon realized the hotel was right in the busy heart of the city on Halloween night. The truck couldn’t fit in the parkade. The staff went out of their way to sort it out, parking it at another facility and bringing it back safely early the next morning. We’d booked after reading a review mentioning secure parking, so thank you to everyone who jumped through hoops to help. We really appreciated it!

Everyone at Hotel Victoria was attentive and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. The receptionist was especially nice during check-in and checked that our room had everything we needed. Our room was clean and really comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food, and the kitchen staff were attentive too.
